Terrible!! Dr.D told me absolutely, get your medical marijuana card. So I did. I get hooked up with this therapist who informs me that smoking is out. Every session it was mostly about not smoking. That is NOT what I went there for. Make a long, messed up story short. After telling me she'll be first in line if they legalize marijuana. Then not only can I not see the therapist I get dismissed. I'm outta there. I lost Dr. D, who I trusted and adore. Run around..
They're not the same without Dr. Putman. Therapists not so good.
The reason for a one star deduction is: The only issue I have is that I'm an ambulatory wheelchair user and the entrances are listed as being wheelchair accessible. For me personally, they are not accessible and I need the help of someone else in order to get through them as I have issues with my hands which affect me being able to open the doors. Absolutely do not recommend this place. Communication was extremely poor, and repeated attempts to get a response went nowhere. At a time when children’s mental health needs are greater than ever, the lack of responsiveness and follow-through was especially disappointing.
I love this place and the new office so much. I have been a client for 15 years. I have grown by leaps and bounds and appreciate the support from my therapy team and caring and compassionate staff .
