I’ve used A1 Garage Door three times - I won’t again. They suggest replacing parts that don’t need to be replaced; start with an inflated price for services; and offer ridiculous “scammy” lifetime warranties. Go to a different company.

I was quoted over $800. I pulled up liftmaster website and it the same item was almost 50% lower. The installer called the office and they matched the price. It would have been a complete rip off if I had not done my homework

From the initial contact through the next 3-4 hours, I was updated by phone, email, and/or text with arrival estimates and was initially told I would get a phone call when the service person was about 30 minutes away. I got updates and the phone call. I'm very impressed with that kind of responses. The service tech was knowledgeable and abe to fix the problem in less than an hour. A1 Garage Door Service were great from the get go. I called in the morning and they had someone with me that afternoon. I wanted my doors checked before winter as we had only bought our home this year, and I needed my Garage Fobs reprograming. My Tech was called Den, he was great and very knowledgeable.
