The service from the first phone call was excellent. The serviceman Devin was able to come early and was courteous and professional. He was able to coordinate with his headquarters to negotiate a price to fit our budget. We are very happy, 5 stars.

Joseph and his assistant accomplished the installation of a handle on my garage door in an efficient and expeditious manner. They were very courteous and there was no charge for the installation. Additionally, both had their Covid masks on. Well done guys!!!! Would have A1 for my garage door service again if needed. Jon

We needed an emergency call as both our cars were trapped in the garage with us unable to raise the door. After we backed into it! Caleb (sp) arrived at 8pm. He was the on call guy! We couldn’t have been more pleased. He was knowledgeable, professional and had the door fixed in no time. We will definitely call this company again!!’

They competently fixed my garage door. However, since my wife and I are both Covid-vulnerable, I made it very clear that masks are important to us. Nevertheless, I entered my garage toward the end of their service, and found both men’s masks were down, even though the garage was closed. I now have to quarantine In my basement for two weeks thanks to their carelessness.
