I was scammed by this establishment. I had about 7 cards over 2 years and racked up around 7000 total points. Today I came back and decided to combine all my points into one card and to maybe redeem them for something nice. But when I redeemed all my cards it only said I had 600 points . 600 POINTS! I have been loyal to this arcade for years and you decided to slap me in my face and gave me crap as a result. I even had a birthday here and racked up almost 3000 points. Boring , a bunch of kids work there who don’t know anything and get frustrated to fast. No happy staff. The young boy at the bowling alley was frustrated and blamed my kids for the bumpers messing up. I was ready to go after that. I will not be returning or referring anyone.
It’s gone downhill the past few years. The games used to be really fun and interactive now it’s all video games u can play at home or download on the phone. Theirs really no skill involved like they used to have. There used to be really fun games but not anymore . I would rather go down ocean city or drive up to the funplex in Jersey than come here. This is 2 minutes from my house and I would drive an hour to the funplex in Jersey to have a better time. They removed the soft play area which is good but replaced it with junk ... read more
this place is fun and price is reasonable
This arcade is fun overall. But when my grandkids finished the laser tag, they waited over 15 minutes before they were said to leave. I had to ask the women working there where they were.
