This company is a scam.They bait you with low ball price and promise to do extra things , charge you a lot more and then not do what they say.They are not an American based company and think they are untouchable. BAD NEWS. STAY AWAY
I just had these guys here because we got a coupon for a vent and duct cleaning in the mail. I seriously do not get all these bad reviews.. I fully expected the hard upsell because of the great promotion on the cleaning, which they did. They did a good job and were very respectful and thorough. No bueno. I don't think the service is even complete yet, but I can already tell you this place is in the practice of charging more than they offer their deals for. I called and scheduled the vent cleaning with dryer vent (free with other service!) and no one asked me about access... because they'd get to charge me $60 to move my dryer out of the closet and back in. I was just installing a new washer and my dryer vent came undone and I was shocked to see all the built up lint and dust as I just had my dryer vent cleaned by Family Fresh Air....BOY am I mad. I paid these people 54.00 dollars to clean my vents and the dryer vent cleaning was thrown in on the deal. I then proceeded to check my vents which I wondered about and was really upset to see through my phone camera that they were just as dirty.
