Front desk seemed uninterested in finding any immmediate help. Months out and waitlist for a father and son counseling? I find that hard to believe.

I wish I never went here in the first place. Going here is just a waste of time. The staff doesn't care about their patients! THEY DON"T CARE!!! And the therapist that I saw abruptly quit... I wonder if it's because this is a horrible company

Brian was really helpful in helping me logically look at and understand the things I needed to move past. Their policies are easily understood and explained at the intake appointment. His staff is very friendly and the environment is wonderful for therapy.

The counselor, Tessa, was great! However, in this season of worrying about COVID-19 I canceled my appointment a few hours prior to not risk spreading illnesses around! My account was charged an amount 3 times what I would have normally paid! I am not happy and have canceled all future appointments! I should not have given them authorization to use my debit card freely!
