Can't speak for car sales, however repair is a joke. Took my crown vic to have an evap and AC issue looked at. Was quoted a rate to diagnose it. When I showed up to pick the car up the price was higher, no repair was done due to the high cost. They stated the tech had to drop the tank to do more testing. At the time I thought it was fair to charge more for that. However when I went to do the repair myself I found the tank had never been lowered since the car was new.
