DO NOT give this place your business. The service team told me that my tires that I purchased from THEIR SHOP, not even a YEAR AGO, needed to be REPLACED. I checked the treads myself and it was laughable how wrong the service team was. Absolute disaster of an operation.
Took them 2 months to figure out how to balance a tire.
I do not recommend! Find somewhere else. They had my car for two months and kept changing out expensive parts that were not the cause of the issue. Car came back worse than when it went in. And…pretty sure they damaged the front of the car, but no proof. Customer service was atrocious and technical skills severely lacking.
Normally they do good job at family Ford but not this time had oil change tuneup tires rotated 3day after service notice oil on driveway now driveway a mess service manger said oil plug was bad. Put new plug in . Now just have to clean mess in driveway. Not sure if I Will return again for service.
