It was very easy to make my first time appointment with the dealership. All of my information was taken beforehand, which made things easy. Your staff made me feel at home and like I was part of your work family. The experience itself was very easy and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
Went to Enfield’s ford with a torque converter transmission problem. I had an extended warranty covering the transmission but Ford would not contact the warranty company for repairs. Four visits in two moths and ford could not fix the problem. On the 5th visit , my warranty was expired, which they knew was happening, and they told me I had to pay for the repair to the torque converter. Don’t trust Enfield’s ford
