I recently purchased a vehicle from Family Ford Limited and drove all the way from Prince George expecting a trustworthy dealership experience. Unfortunately, shortly after buying the car I took it for an inspection and was told the front and rear brakes were completely worn out. I had to spend almost $800 immediately to replace them. My car just suddenly broke. On a Friday. And 15 min. before they were closing, I hobbled in. Family Ford in Parksville were amazing. They did not send me away because it was so close to closing. They did not immediately have a loaner (which I desperately needed for work) but they found me one. And when it had to go back to someone who had booked it, they found me another.
