Doctor is great. Receptionist team is very unhelpful and condescending. They have been very rude, constantly interrupting me on the phone. I was told insoles would come within 2 weeks, it took 2 months with no updates from them. I had to call several times and received a lot of rude responses that it was not their fault and they had no idea when I would get the insoles. I’ve been going Dr Connolly Off and on for years he’s a great podiatrist! One of the best I’ve gone to !! Over many years of foot issues! Very satisfied with his work!! On my tired old feet!!
Dr is amazing , my daughter loves him. The front desk on the other hand is awful ! Very rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate. They could care less about the patients. Every single time I’ve called to make an appointment it has been an issue. You get treated with more consideration by the people who work at dunks than you do these people.
