Had an issue with receptionist and insurance. Had to spend over 20 minutes on the phone with her and insurance to get it straight and she had a major attitude. I filed out a form on company website to have someone contact me regarding this issue but I NEVER heard a thing back ... they almost lost a new patient because to this. Thats disappointing, HOWEVER hubby liked this Dr more than the last podiatrist which is why they got a second star.
