I really, really dislike the woman at the front desk. She is uncooperative and makes you schedule an appointment even if you are only needing a VERY simple question answered! Trying to set up an appointment time with him is difficult at best in part because they work so few hours out of this office. Fridays are a no go and quite often they are inaccessible MANY OTHER DAY TOO! I have not had a good experience with this "operation" so far at all. Whoever answers the phone loves to hang up on people and reading from the other reviews they are spot on, AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN YOU DESERVE BETTER
Good Doctor, terrible office manager. can't go in til you call, but I guess only one office worker cause it rings and rings... then my struggling disabled mother has to stand forever at the door before they come let her in. Basically made to feel like they are volunteering time to you for nothing in return, even though almost 200 buck bill to insurance for 15 to 20 min visit.
I just called to make an appointment with this company because I had the number in my contacts. Well the receptionist was not very nice. So I called Back to cancel my appointment with this company. She asked me if I had insurance and I said yes and I felt like she profiled me because she said we don’t take medicaid, which I don’t have so just beware. I didn’t get her name but I’ll never go to this place.
Dr. Morrill and the staff treated me with great kindness during my visit. He explained things in a clear manner and gave all treatment options in an objective yet relatable way. Would recommend
