Terrible customer service by this facility. Front desk is extremely non-responsive. Main physician, Michael Frank, does not take the responsibility for inquires his patients have during after visits. Do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional foot doctor.
After paying $400 out-of-pocket for orthodics, a year later I noticed a 1 inch crack in the arch of both. When I called to inquire, they said there was no warranty, and a year was the typical lifetime of an orthodic, and I should make an appointment to have the doctor evaluate if the orthodics could be repaired or if I would need to purchase a new pain. I then called the company who actually made the orthodic, Northwest Podiatric, and was assured the devices came with a 2 year warranty against breaking and I should simply be... read more
