Last September we were told our foot inserts were covered by insurance. , found out in December they were not covered, was told by billing our $1000.00 bill we're not going to collections until this was resolved with insurance about a month ago we received a collection notice bill for $1,000 from them We have been fighting with them since then because they gave us the wrong benefit information and they are not willing to fix this. Dr. Blake was great - as someone with MANY foot challenges, I highly recommend him! He is knowledgeable, informative and personable.
Horrible. Go somewhere else.
Dr Trent was amazing. His charismatic personality helped make what would have otherwise been a traumatic visit quite pleasant.
Very unprofessional.. doctor was more than a half hour late both times and only willing to "put a bandaid" on the problem rather than solve it. Saw a 2nd doctor he did the same as the first. Do not recommend
