Everyone is very Professional, and a wonderful experience for me.
Initially meeting Lauren, I could gauge that she is 100% patient oriented. She compassionately listened to my concerns and thoughtfully created a course of action to aid in the recovery of a shoulder surgery. Lauren’s attentiveness to my progress and sometimes regress, was always spot on. She continually assessed and modified her approach to my shoulder recovery; NEVER satisfied with the quick fix or the one size fits most mentality. Olivia has been very helpful and she makes therapy fun and engaging! The entire team is very nice and they make going to physical therapy very enjoyable :-)
