Had to get a new phone and number. I tried calling the office to let them know, I consistently get the bot telling me "press 1 to leave a callback number" I tried it several times and I just get the same audio telling me to do the same thing. Took about 6 tries and pressing 1 excessively in order to leave a voicemail. I wasn't given an option to use an extension number either. Very confused

too bad there's not an actual review on here. i've been going to family focus for the better part of 7 years. i am 20. i love the people here, my counselor is the best, the psychiatrist is really amazing, and the staff are all around kind and caring. there are so many opportunities for the people that come here. family focus cares about you as a person. it's awesome. they've enriched my life more than i can describe.
