This is the 2nd time I have used this company. From the first contact to the end result I have been twice pleased by the sales person, customer service, schedule person and 3 man team who did a super job moving furniture, installing the carpet, cleaning up, and not leaving until I was sure I didn't need any more help getting my furniture back in the right places.
From start to finish, the project was extremely pleasant and stress free. I walked into the store on a Saturday (late in the afternoon) and Michael wanted to helped me. No complaint or attitude. Steve came by my home twice to measure, because I changed my mind. No compliant or attitude. Everyone I had dealings with was extremely professional and very capable. They were able to order the flooring I needed replaced after a bathroom flood and it was installed beautifully in a timely manner. I highly recommend Family Floors!!
