I was very pleased with their service, installation and price. I would recommend them to anyone needing flooring.
Jamie and his crew were wonderful. They did a fantastic job on our floors and stairs. They cleaned up at the end of every day and were friendly and respectful. Justin, the project manager was there to answer questions and make sure the job was progressing smoothly. The office staff was just as good, calling after each day’s work to ask how it went and if there was anything else that we needed. I definitely recommend them for your flooring needs.
The workers were very efficient and professional. There was a small problem but it was taken care of quickly and resolved.
My experience with Family floors was wonderful. Justin came to my home, with samples that would work in my space, after our discussion on the phone. He didn’t bring anything out of my price range, which made it easier to make my decision. The installation was efficient and kind. I would highly recommend and use them in the future.
