If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Management is anything but professional and they are just money hungr .
Stay away from Family Fitness all together. They will lure you in with a promotion they do not honor, only to have you sign a contract with ridiculous limitations. I am at the end of my contract and upon cancelling to make sure I was not auto renewed I was told it wasn't within the 60 day time period so I am being charged for another month. I would have no problem accepting that if I wasn't told directly by the manager at the Sparta location that I had until August to cancel.
