Very good experience with Dr. Brandon and the staff. Will definitely come back next year.
Fast and great experience
Insurance card wasn’t accepted even though it was a year ago and states they do. They also changed the eye prescription and charged for lenses not compliant with original prescription.
Internet was out and the staff handled it like pro's. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Even when some of the other customers wasn't so friendly with them.
I wanted to pay $39 to take the photo so that I wouldn't have to get my Pupils dialted. The doctor told me I had to get my Pupils dialted because I am a diabetic! I have been a diabetic for 3 years and I have never heard of that before! My eyes were burning very bad, and my vision was blurry for over 6 hours!! I should've been able to make a choice! I was willing to pay!!! I did not like that! 😐
