I came in to add my prescription on my new glasses and they charged me $10.00 for something they wasn’t able to help with. I called and the representative stated that they can help. And they wasn’t. So I was charged for something I didn’t get.
Eye exam was excellent, would recommend others to come.
Eye doctor was rude. The lady at the front desk was outside smoking cigarettes, my whole visit, and then the man at the checkout wasn’t very pleasant. Neither didn’t have a good experience and wouldn’t recommend anyone going there.
