I do not like leaving negative reviews, but wish someone would have advised me to go elsewhere for my sons glasses. The severe lack of communication from the office in the past couple of months is frustrating to put it mildly. Even a simple update to the hours of operation on Google or on the door of the store would be a significant improvement. Neither of these are up to date. I hope they are able to work out the current staffing issues, but as things are right now I wish we would have never gone to this location.
