No longer wait for appointment time, Dr is professional and helpful. Ladies out front very helpful, don't rush you and do whatever you need to make it a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend
We’ve always had a great experience here! The staff is amazing, helpful, knowledgeable and they have convenient appointment times to get us all in!
Overall a good experience. Would I return? Sure. Will I explore other providers? Probably. Good service, but I would not say it overtly friendly. Not unfriendly. Just kind of "meh". Maybe more opportunity to be warmer. Maybe build a better relationship? All business - little warmth. Not sure how else to describe it. And I will add that any of these optical places seem to want you to order contacts and glasses through them when it is clearly less costly to purchase elsewhere.
