This was my family's first experience with an RV. We had a few repairs that were needed. They were completed timely and with quality workmanship. The owner at Family First RV service communicated clearly and promptly Not only was their work quality, but their pricing was very fair. I find them to be very straightforward and honest. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable RV repair company.
Awesome service from phone call to billing. Called about a furnace issue. I had it repaired a year ago in another state. The repair couldn't be done on the Wednesday of original visit, a part was ordered, received and service call was set up for following Monday. I was never in any doubt as to the scheduling or arrival of technicians. He was polite, informative and very patient with a woman in her sixties who has no clue about anything mechanical. Holly and Shane are amazing. Truly interested in quickly diagnosing and fixing all issues. I will definitely call on them if other issues arise with my RV.
I had called right before the weekend and we were taken care of immediately. Wonderful communication, easy to work with, and timely! They were on sight quickly and our furnace was fixed within days! Highly recommend!
