Ryan has been our tech now going on 3 years. Always consistent, friendly and my pool looks amazing! He pays attention to detail, is respectful of my property and I know he is trustworthy and professional at all times. I am so happy we found this company and look forward to many more years to come! I love this company because they are honest and reliable not to mention if we do need a repair its very affordable.
The owner Mike bait and switch ed us on a new pool pump. Mike requested we pay prior to installation. The invoice we paid described the pump we wanted. After we realized the wrong pump was installed, Mike claimed he made a typo on the invoice. We asked that he make it right, but he chose to lose our business rather than fix the problem. To make it worse, he won't even acknowledge there was a problem. Please be aware of this Pool Company.
