Really nice staff good service
Bad experience! Found out five weeks after i ordered my glasses that they never ordered them!! I had paid in full already and was met with quite unprofessional behavior when i went to figure the problem out. Disappointed with my experience, and will likley never return. My optometrist was nice and friendly, but the rest of the employees i spoke to were confusing, were not helpful and the whole situation felt unprofessional. Had to get a full refund and take my business elsewhere.
We moved away from Vernon and will still always come back to Cynthia and her staff for our optical needs.
when i can afford another pair of glasses, you will get back those crappy glasses i got from you i promise.
I am so pleased with my recent experience at Family First Optometry. I felt so welcome with such a friendly hello when I came in for my appointment. The staff have such a positive attitude and Dr. Willis is simply amazing. She is so thorough and has such a calm presence that puts you right at ease. Dr. Willis answered all of my questions and was so patient with me. I HIGHLY recommend Family First Optometry and Dr. Willis. They are the very best.
