Very professional, promptly responded to all our concerns and communication was outstanding. We had several issues that had to be overcome in order to close our loan but AJ stayed on top of it and everything fell in to place perfectly. We have purchased several homes over the years, and delt with many mortgage companies, but I have to say that our experience with Family First Mortgage was hands down the best yet.
