Appointment took 3 hours and the doctor randomly stopped writing a prescription for no reason after telling us to change him to our primary doctor, and decided to wait until the day of the appointment to stop writing it so now the medication is gone and we have to wait until we find a new doctor! Very unprofessional. Not to mention every time we went there, they had an entirely new staff working! Must be a horrible place to work too!
I wouldn't let my dog do her, I want in today and was completely ignored by the nurse, then they refused to call in my medicine until 5pm note I was at the doctor at 230 so having to wait at Walmart until after 5 because they refuse to do their jobs I will NEVER go there or recommend anyone to go there unless they want to waste their time and money what a damn joke
I went in sat down 30 min no response nobody was there U SUCK
I was in the area and decided to try this facility rather than driving to my family doctor in another city. Everyone I encountered was very friendly, caring and professional. The wait was longer than I anticipated, but the waiting room was full and it was close to their closing time for lunch. I would definitely go back if need be.
