The free consultation is a lie. You can freely talk to the receptionist and the intake team, the ones who just want to collect your personal info, but to speak with an actual attorney to discuss whether you want to hire them or not, they bill you to talk to the attorney! There is no free consultation with Family First Legal Group, unless you count the free phone call to the receptionist as a consultation.
I had a great legal firm with Family First Legal Group. They were timely, helpful, aggressive, supportive and very knowledgeable on my case. It went from contested and we were able to settle uncontested in record time thus keeping costs reasonable. I specifically want to thank Attorney Alex Peterson, Paralegal Wilson, Discovery Coordinator Basham, Sales/Intake person Hector Roig for their support through all of the complexities involved.
