As much as I loved working for this office at first, unfortunately, I was treated unfairly and lied on with proof by Mariah, Kara and then eventually the DON, Abby. I eventually reached out to HR about the matter (Kirstin Smalls) and she sided with the office, never following up with me despite my multiple calls and voice messsges left to her. This was such a devastating thing to experience from a professional establishment.
Family first health care is a wonderful agency to work for. The staff is always professional, kind , caring, available to answer any questions and help. I’ve enjoyed working through them as one of their nurses.
