Very unprofessional company. When I received a bill out of the blue with a service date of 2 years ago, I called to question it. The person I spoke to claimed to be the owner. The phone wasn't answered with a company name. She didn't offer to look up my account. She immediately raised her voice to me when I said this didn't seem legit and threatened me with her lawyer. I have serious doubts that this is nothing more than a money grab. Be wary!!
The president Chitra is rude & uninformative with new patients. You have my medical history chart, as a new patient I should’ve been informed as to what all home care was about how far it can help me in my future. Not just implied for surgery. The nurses are nice but ms. Ma’am needs to step down or get it together.
This home care agency was assigned to my mother post surgery. Nurse called within hours of getting my mom home, set up time to come out the next day and never showed -never called. Left multiple messages -never received call back. Main Office was not helpful, told us she would call back and never did. Finally after 5 days google searched read similar reviews, called surgeon office and they scheduled a new agency. SO frustrating we have to trust people like this with our family members! STAY AWAY!
this company is horrible. my mother had her hip replaced and the therapist and nurse was scheduled to come out. The therapist was 1 hour late on his first day of therapy, he came late and left early. The nurse had an appt scheduled and never showed up, when I called her she told me 3 different lies as to why she didn't show up. This company is a complete JOKE. If you want to waste ur time then I suggest using this company.
