Patsy is extremely rude and difficult. My obgyn reached out for my medical records. First Patsy claimed I had never been a patient there, then after the ob office called back, she claimed I had been there once in 2022 and had no labs of any kind. I had been going to this office since 2016 because Julie was an exceptional and caring person. However since her passing I wouldn't recommend this office to ANYONE!!!!

Very poor service at the front desk. Not only are they rude (patsy specifically), but 3/5 times they will forget or significantly prolong referrals or authorizations. Then, if you call and check on the referral/auth they will say the person that does them is out on vacation or sick nearly every time. If you’re wanting a facility that cares, please look elsewhere. There’s a reason why their office is normally empty.
