I've always had good results with Dr Sinatra. Listens to my concerns. I recently was surprised when a dental assistant wasn't kind, which has never been an issue with any other assistants. She walked out of the room, not saying a word to me, and I passed her in the hallway as I was leaving, no eye contact but I wanted to thank her, so I said it anyway, she replied with Yep, I was shocked. I'm chalking it up to , everyone has a bad day sometimes. I'm hoping the next encounter will be better.
Terrible! Terrible! Have had a dental emergency for quite some time with limited care in the area and I have to call every week to TRY and get a new patient appt. This is just a terrible way to handle new care patients
