Worst scheduling process on the planet. I’ve dealt with dentists in 5 different states and I’ve never had the issues that I have here. Unfortunately they’re the only place that takes my crappy insurance so I’m stuck with them. Oh and the one filling they claimed I needed (I’ve never had a cavity - I see them once and suddenly I do?) has never felt the same and took an hour and a half to fill. They took great care of my son. He had multiple cavities they had to fix. It is hard to get an appointment at first.
Do NOT go here, they’re extremely rude. I had a dentist tell me I have 12 cavities when I don’t. They’re just trying to pull money out of people with insurance.
what a rediculous method to become a new patient !! You have to call when you want to come in and see if they have an opening. Every other place in the USA will let you make an appointment! ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS!!!
