I just had a few questions and the dentist acted like I insulted her family. Such a bitchy attitude for literally no reason. 0/10 for customer service 10/10 for administering pain relief 3/10 for ability to do the job What you don't want to hear from a dentist at the end of a visit "I think I did bad" Only time will tell if this dentist was worth the 2.5 Google rating.
We just started with this office a few months ago, but we’ve had a great experience so far. Scheduling has been helpful and Dr. Richmond has been awesome. We were able to get seen, have an intake appointment and then a cleaning apt all in less than a month. From reading the reviews from 6 months to a year ago, this is not the same place(quality wise). Stabbed my gums repeatedly and it hurt bad had bruises very unsatisfied
After YEARS of doing everything in my power to avoid the dentist I finally called.. today was my first appointment (I called on Tuesday October 21st) and they were able to see me in two days! Prayers answered! I then read the reviews on here and was so nervous! I went in there with a “closed mind” and scared to death. However, my visit was nothing like any of the reviews!
