Very rude doctor named Govinda....we're paying for the service so a good service is expected. The Doctor was rude and not professional at all. He got no empathy, was impatient, and aggressive. It takes nothing to be kind. Not recommended at all.
Late last year I was diagnosed with cancer. Dr Kotha assisted in early diagnosis of my cancer and provided referrals to the best possible treating team of surgeons, oncologists and other health professionals. Dr Kotha has been there to assist on my cancer journey and has provided amazing care and support while I fight this disease. I cannot speak highly enough of the services provided by Dr Kotha.
Family First General Practice is a really warm and reliable local medical centre. They focus on family-friendly care, so whether it’s for kids, adults, or the elderly, they treat everyone with patience and respect. The doctors are professional but approachable, and they really take time to listen rather than rushing through appointments. It’s a great place if you want a GP who genuinely cares about your health and well-being.
Catherine was helpful, kind and professional, Dr was thorough as well.
Wasn’t sure if I visited a tyre shop or medical practice. No empathy or patience for children. Not welcoming and the experience makes you feel you should be at their feet. Very rude receptionist that I think may own the place or acts like it. Poor customer service all round.
