I am new to the AV area and needed an urgent care asap , came across this urgent care and couldn’t be happier the girls in the front desk were very pleasant and helpful, the wait was so fast I was in and out before I knew it! The PA was very knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely be recommending this urgent care to everyone and will be coming back for any urgent care needs.
I am unable to give no stars - that is what I would give this clinic. I booked my first appointment over the phone, specifiying the reason for my visit. The receptionist who took my call assured me that the NP would be able to address my concern. I filled in all of the paperwork previsit. I arrived at the clinic and was seen by some sort of screening nurse, where, again, I detailed the reason for my visit. The NP entered the room and asked my diagnosis??? This was the only place that was willing to figure out what was wrong with me. I went to the Dr.s for years and they brushed me off. Said I was depressed, had nothing wrong. Dr. Peter Zang or Chang. I forget his last name its been 3 years since I've seen him, but he tried. It took him a little bit to figure it out. He finally discovered I had an underactive thyroid. I'm very professional. Never chaotic. Ethical practice. Incredibly prompt. Patients are the ones that make it difficult. Doctors and staff.
Helpful, resourceful Changed, very difficult to renew meds, believe personal reason of owners caused major changes. Not for the better
