If you are looking for a chiropractor, I HIGHLY recommend Family First! I recently went back to Dr. Richard for a lower back ache and pain that was progressing (He helped me with my back issues last year from an accident). I thought a massage was all I needed but it didn’t help. I've been coming to Family First for years and every experience has been fantastic. The staff are extremely sweet and helpful, they've been very understanding with my university schedule and helping me find days to fit my appointments in! Dr. Richard has helped immensely with my wrist issues and my migraines, I get them very rarely now. Everyone working there is extremely personable, they care about how you are doing and feeling, making sure that you leave every appointment happy and healthy.
This was my first time visiting a chiropractor, and it was an amazing experience. I was one of the skeptical people and felt a bit scared at first. But Dr. Richard and the staff were very kind and made me feel comfortable. They explained everything clearly and took good care of me. I truly had a great experience and would 100% recommend them.
I had never been to a chiropractor before, but with severe pain in my second pregnancy, I was looking for solutions. An OT friend recommended Family First for my SI/pelvic pain. I had tried acupuncture, pelvic floor physio and massage for relief, but around 6.5/7 months my pain was still persistent. I had a really bad lower back pain and have been seeing Dr. Richard for 6 weeks. Now the pain is gone and my back doesn't feel stiff anymore. They do a thorough screening at the initial assessment to identify the root cause so the treatment helps to improve the posture not just the pain. The treatment is not painful at all. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I really recommend this place!
