Went to get my rear view mirror reattached and get my heat shield for my exhaust re-bolted. They didn’t charge me because they said it was simple work! I really, really appreciated that and they have won my business moving forward.
Extremely fast service. Got my inspection done in and out in under 10 minutes. Very impressed. Will definitely be making them my go to shop in town. New building is very nice and location is convenient
I have a nothing but great things to say about Family First Auto Care and highly recommend them! I have a pickup that is 10 years old and 183,000 miles on it. Obviously at that age and mileage various things need repaired/replaced from time to time. Sometimes it is an easy fix and sometimes it’s a little more time consuming. Regardless they are professional, friendly, and do great work! They will continue to get all of my business.
Definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car! They are so kind and do great work without overcharging or upselling unnecessary things!
I tried scheduling an appointment for over a week. I was sent a quote and I tried to accept and schedule an appointment. No one answers the phone and no one returns voicemails. I even texted back the number that texted me the quote in the first place with no reply. Pretty disappointed as this place seems to have generally high reviews.
