We were delighted when Dr. Colleen Scott joined the Bellaire Family Health Center (part of East Jordan Family Health). Prior to her arrival, there was a turn over of providers; it seemed that we saw a different doc or PA for every visit, which doesn't allow for developing a relationship with your physician. We have 7 children and we are so glad to such a great doctor in town. Of all the people I have recommended i don't know of anyone who hasn't made her their primary physician. My kids no longer complain about seeing the doctor because it's usually so quick and she's so kind and reassuring, very patient and thorough and I just can't figure out how you could have a problem with her. This Doctor and her office are THE. BEST. EVER.

Wow, I sure don't get where the negative reviews are coming from. I'm a physician myself, and I think Dr. Scott is wonderful. Whether for a routine physical or a more focused visit, she is totally attentive, caring and thorough. Armada is lucky to have such a quality family doc in our little town!

I love Dr Scott! She is so carung and kind. She listens to your concerns and goes above and beyond. Ine time I was having a serious problem and she had to call 911 and Dr Scott and her assistant stayed with me and even followed me out to the ambulance. They were very caring. Dr Scott has called me after hours to give me test results and to check on me. That is the kind of care you dont get very often anymore. I completely trust her as my primary care physician.

My experience with Dr. Scott has been completely positive. I find her to be very "present", concerned, and caring whether she's seeing me for an acute problem or routine checkup. She is diligent about documenting the encounter, and I find that to be an indication of her thoroughness. It does not lessen my sense of her engagement and attentiveness. She is kind and laid-back and warm. My whole family sees her and we are all very happy with her care. I highly recommend.

Dr. Scott is a wonderful Dr. I saw her a few times when she first came to our town of Armada. From just a few visits I learned a lot about my health issues and was building a plan with her to better my health. I have not since come across such a caring Dr. I'm hoping that she takes my insurance, I would love to be a patient of hers again. I was out of the area, but am now living in Armada.

I found this doctor to be very arrogant and superior acting. Prescribed drug that interacted with another and made me very sick.

The most disconnected doctor I have ever been to. Doesn't engage in conversation. Is so busy typing into her laptop you never see her face. Doesn't speak with you about your issues, just sits at the laptop and prescribes meds. Condescending and cold. You're in her presence for maybe 5 mins. tops. Such a convenient location for me, it's a shame. Won't be back, not even for a simple flu office visit.

I have a family of 5 who all see Dr Scott. She is very patient, listens to each concern & explains her recommendations throughly to you! Her staff greets you with a smile & is always very helpful & extremely friendly! I trust Dr Scott, not only my health, but with my family's too! I have referred a few friends to Dr Scott & they feel the exact same way!
