You guys randomly decide to not let me withdraw money because I have a school ID? It’s on and off too one day you guys will say it’s fine then the next day you say you can’t do it.

I expected it to be busy today being a holiday weekend and I was right, having said that, another trip with the kind of slow service I experienced today, and I will be moving to the new LMCU branch. Also, big shot out and thank you to FFCU for whatever they have in place that keeps managers, or whoever and whatever they are, glued to their desks while a single, overwhelmed CSR handles a line of five customers.
Rude staff, confusing and useless website. I can't use the ATM because I don't remember my PIN and they won't let me reset it, so I have to go into the building and fill out a pointless sheet of paper in order to make a transaction.
