All the staff are polite and very helpful. My loan officer Joi was extremely knowledgeable and made the loan process a breeze. I'd Definately choose them for all of your banking and loan needs.
This location has a very rude person answering the phone. I asked for information regarding my savings account which isn’t given over the phone and also asked if I could open a checking and both questions were met with annoyance and the woman was very short with me. No help at all, and honestly made me want to close my account. I’ll be dealing with a different branch from now on.
I always receive very personal service from all of the branches, and good communication when I have questions! When I financed my first car through FFCU they were very helpful throughout the entire process!
I would give 5 stars but not all locations are the same. I love the North Muskegon branch! Kind, friendly, and very helpful! They offer lots of different services and they are great listeners.
