Vary professional extremely fast and courteous service
I would give a 1 star for the fact that i was charged 5% to cash my tax refund check when everywhere i checked the rate was 1%. I give 2 stars for the fact that the customer service otherwise was great, the irs site to verify the check was down at the time i went in so i left to my car. As i was about to pull away someone rushed out to stop me because the site came up
Every time we go here it's a new problem. I won't be coming here anymore.
