I wish I could share a more positive experience about Family Fertility Centre, but unfortunately my experience was very distressing. There were a few administrative challenges and I found the overall handling of the situation very difficult. From my perspective, there was a lack of clarity and I did not feel adequately supported or kept informed throughout the process. I later went through the process with another clinic, which highlighted a clear difference in care, support, and overall experience.
We highly recommend Dr Marcin and the incredible team at family fertility centre. The knowledge, care and support we received on our IVF journey was exceptional. Dr Marcin and the amazing embryologists are full of knowledge and are happy to answer as many questions as possible. You never feel rushed.
