This is one company that I called to get an estimate for a fence job. I called 3 times and never a call back. After reading these reviews I'm so glad he never reached out to me.
Very Professional! Id have to say I disagree with the reviews on here. My husband and I also met with the owner Chris. He showed up for our appt on time with a confirmation call before hand. He took the time to answer all our questions and give us a great price. Install went well and everything looks beautiful. Thanks Family Fence!
Don't let his wife fool you..She is in on the whole deal. Make sure you keep your money til you are satisfied.....
I wasn't surprised to see this review regarding family fence. We set an appointment with them MONTHS ago to have a fence put up, and a cash deposit. Heavy guy (Chris I believe) just never called me to set up an appointment and when I called to find out what was going he said he couldn't do it until next week. Hmm... would've been nice if you could have told me that. I tried explaining that we arranged our vacations from work etc around this, and he kept cutting me off "Listen, this is how it is" in a very domineering way to ... read more
Chris the owner has no knowledge of how to install a fence. They have no clue when it comes to measurements, grade or height. They can barely dig holes correctly. He does not honor written contracts so be very careful, hold back your payments until you are COMPLETELY SATISFIED . You would think he is a rookie when comes to installing fences. You would be better off doint it yourself. And if you do decide to use them... pay attention to every detail of the fence. also be very very clear so that a 5 year old could understand ,... read more
