Great experience with Matt - professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. The orthotics he provided have made a real difference to my comfort and reduced my pain significantly. The receptionist was also friendly and helpful, making the whole process smooth. Highly recommend.
I will not return there after yesterday. I went to arrange for orthotics as had been discussed with Nicola for months. But my appointment was with a male who was patronising, dismissive of my concerns and didn't even examine my feet! And I was supposed to start the process all over again with him. What a waste of time and money!
The staff are rude
They seemed to be only interested in selling me new orthodics . I had do my own research on the results of my xrays and ultrasound. Results were not discussed with me. Only got 1 star because I can't post zero stars.
