I am so happy with my experience I had at family feet. From the podiatrist Matt he was excellent and he has helped me so much and was very kind and patient with me and the receptionist was so friendly and kind.
Marc is great, but reception is unprofessional and needs some training. Keeps you waiting at the front desk looking for your booking with no emotional response. It was alarming.
I’ve not seen a podiatrist yet, however I gave the poor receptionist a heap of questions & she helped me tremendously- so I can recommend the front office of Family Feet ~ I will re-review again after my podiatry appointment.
I was unimpressed. Bedside manner, timeliness and environment were good but I felt that I was seriously overcharged, even with a health plan referral. After 3 visits I gave up and went elsewhere. The orthotics supplied did me no good at all and ended in the rubbish. All in all I spent $760.00 for some useless pieces of plastic.
