Still slow
I called in my prescription on Sunday morning, the automated system says Ready by Monday, welI knew it would not be!! I called Wednesday morning to see if it's ready? She stated it is Not!! I told her that I am out & will be in town around 11:00 & want to pick it up. I told her I called it in on Sunday. I asked why does it take 3 days to fill a simple prescription? Wish I could give 0 stars. This place SUCKS. Wish rite aid was still in town.
Horrible service very slow under staffed can't get prescription filled in a decent time takes up to three days and very rude and they don't answer the phone.
UPDATE 2025! Everything is POSITIVE now at the Family Fare Pharmacy! The service is great, the wait time is minimal, and the orders are accurate and filled in a timely manner.
