The staff are always nice to me but the wait times and how long it takes to have anything filled are disappointing. It’s been awhile since Rite Aid closed.. at what point are they going to adjust? The staff is nice like I said but they are rushed and stressed and whoever’s in charge of staffing should do something.
Waiting and waiting on medications..going in to get prescriptions after recieving text notification that they are ready...and they are not ready. Also was told they couldn't give an estimate on when they could fill a prescription. Just: probably later today For a child's antibiotics. Worth the drive out of town to a professional pharmacy
Having to wait days, sometimes a week or more for your prescription to be filled. You need to call REPEATEDLY just to get an answer.
Do not come here if you need your prescription in less than a week. Never in my life has it taken so long to get my prescription. No one answers the phones either.
the absolute worst pharmacy i have ever gone to. prescriptions take obnoxiously long to fill and when you finally get through the 30 minute line they forget a prescription. person on the phone said they didn’t have an id on file so it couldn’t be filled….. WHY NOT ASK FOR THE ID WHEN IM STANDING IN FRONT OF YOU!? they knew they were taking on all of the patients from rite aid… why they are not equipped and staffed is beyond me
