This place is consistently so rude. Had to speak to heather today who is a pharmacist and she was incredibly rude. I hate that rite aid is no longer available.
Literally the rudest team of pharmacists I’ve ever met. I had a prescription sent in 7 days before I picked up my prescription. So I’m pretty upset at this point considering I had to go to work & there was “50” people ahead of me. This old lady was rude, when I came back through drive through she didn’t even speak to me nor ask for for my ID (one of my prescriptions is controlled) , just handed me my meds and went on about her day.
We had been w Rite Aid for over 25 yrs, we were completely in synch w the way they did things & the (near) state-wide closings really affected those of us who used them! We tried to go w another chain @ 1st, because multiple sites & later hrs is appealing to our household; they were horrible, though, so we went w Family Fare & it has taken a while to acclimate, but we are happily adjusting. They do offer automatic refills of most medications & text alerts which we find very helpful.
Been years since I've been in here & remembered why after stopping today the cashier was absolutely nasty rude when I asked a question if they had a medication in stock.
