I come there to do a business, not begging you. without clients like me, you are unemployed! Don't raise your voice to your customers, and saying "thank you for coming" at the end of the transaction. That is a basic manner in retail business! Manager of family fare should train your people better! Today i gave you free lecture for what you had done to your customers!

Customer service here is terrible. I pulled up to the drive-through to pick up a prescription and was greeted by an employee who was rude and condescending from the start. She asked what I was there for, so I told her I was picking up my prescription. She then asked “for,” so I told her the medication name. Her response was, “Okay, but who are you?” Instead of clearly asking for my name like a professional, she asked vague questions and then acted irritated when I didn’t answer the way she expected. I’ve never experienced such awful service. I’ve stuck with this pharmacy way too long. The last two days I’ve waited 5hrs for one antibiotic and am currently sitting waiting over 2 hours for my son’s antibiotic (after waiting 30min on the phone and no one answering).
