i never post reviews- good or bad- but I have had nothing but awful experiences with what seems to be the evening staff in the pharmacy recently. it started with just some rudeness here and there but then tonight, while there are weather advisories for the cold temps, slick roads and surfaces, and the snow dumping- i pulled up to the drive through on my way home from work and found a hand written sign saying “due to short staff, come inside” with the shades pulled down. me and others just trying to pick up their meds before ... read more
I’ve consistently experienced rude and condescending behavior from multiple staff members at this location. It’s incredibly unprofessional to treat customers as if they’re doing something wrong for picking up prescribed medications. NEWS FLASH: we live in a country where many people legitimately need medication to manage their health and function properly. Unless you're a licensed psychiatrist, it is not your place to pass judgment on patients or their prescriptions. Do better.
