Friendliest & Slowest pharmacists anywhere. Sincere smiles & great attitudes you won't find @ other pharmacies...and the longest wait times among them. Four cars @ the drive-thru? 15 minutes...minimum. Not kidding. I began timing them every time. Walgreens, CVS, etc? That 15+ minutes would be 5, tops.
Every time I call, every prescription I pick up or if I just have a question. It doesn’t matter when it is, the employees at FF pharmacy are friendly, upbeat, professional, and have a smile for their customers. I’ve only ever had one issue which is that when I pick up they often forget to check for multiple prescriptions. This causes me to need to make a second trip. Check your bag before you leave. Otherwise A+
This group of pharmacists are knowledgeable, caring, prompt, and friendly. The best pharmacy I have used in Grand Rapids, Hudsonville, and Jenison. This is the first time I have cared to learn the pharmacists’ names, because of their fine service!
