I’ve been a patient at Family Eyecare Specialist for two years, and every visit has been a great experience. The entire process is seamless, from check-in to the exam to choosing frames. Fe has been amazing to work with and has helped me with scheduling, insurance billing, and selecting frames. She is professional, kind, and makes every visit enjoyable!
Both my husband and I have been seeing Dr Farris since 2018. He is so kind and listens to you. He is very knowledgeable as well. The office staff is absolutely amazing. All of them are professional and extremely helpful.
My husband and I recently attended our annual exam and had a truly wonderful experience. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, and our clinician, Ida, was exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, and thorough, taking the time to answer all of our questions with care. The doctor was excellent as well. We’ve been coming to this office for several years and continue to be impressed—we would highly recommend their team.
