Whoever is handling incoming calls at this establishment is very rude..and unprofessional.. and unknowledgeable... Would not spend my money for time at this place..

I went in for an appointment and arrived early. It was nice of them to take me sooner than my appointment time, but things were wrong from the moment I walked in. You know those paper file folders? Well, right behind the desk, there’s stacks on stacks of them…I just hope the paper we write our socials on, don’t go in them. Also forgot to mention he’s just money hungry and doesn’t care at all. Can’t even read the letters on the board before he switches the lense on you and has you hurry on to the next. In the end, after having him get rid of my social he says I’ll be charged for this. I was like charged for what? He says I’ll make sure you get your bill. I was like, I won’t be, my insurance will! I don't understand all the negative comments. I have a loud child that was talking in my face my whole call and the front desk was so understanding and patient when most places would have gotten mad or hung up. They made me an appointment that was not too far away and have been very accommodating.
