I’ve been calling to schedule an appointment for weeks and they never answer the phone or call back after I leave multiple messages. To me this seems like a sign to stay away.
I like this eye doctor. Reasonable prices for glasses.
Was with this location for a few years. Any doctor can give you an eye exam, but only this business can give you the worst customer service on earth. They don’t answer the phone, are unhelpful when they do, and the actual hours are not listed on Google. It’s been years and it hasn’t improved a bit. I’ve been waiting since yesterday for the receptionist to ask the doctor a quick question and get back to me. That’s the second time that’s happened. I’m sure they’ll call.
I have been going to this Office since I was kid! Family oriented!!
It had been awhile since I've been to see the doctor even with that they were still current on my records did a lot of reviews I'm let me know where things are going how good how bad and that's really what I appreciate about them
